How do I determine the correct feeder height for my dog?
Elevated feeding bowls should be positioned about 4-6 inches below your dog's wither height (top of its shoulder). The diagram below will give you a better visual to determine the best-sized feeder for your dog. Remember, the bottom of the bowl is approximately 3" lower than the height of the feeder.
You really just want your dog to be in a comfortable position while eating or drinking, not reaching upward.
